Uncle Normie's bad behavior

Just like a little cockroach does, Uncle Normie runs as soon as someone shines a little light on him and his activities. Here is a brief description of how Uncle "cheap shot" Normie operates. First he finds someone he thinks is an easy victim by rummaging around various message forums. At one time, one of his favorites was a message forum owned and operated by Ryan Evans of Pacific Healthcare systems which has nothing to do with health care except collection of debts.

Wherever Uncle Cheap Shot goes, he uses the same modus operandi.

Here’s a summary:

1) He presents himself as an EXPERT. Of course.
2) He belittles whoever he wants to control.
3) He spreads lies as thick and fast as he can.
4) He demands obedience of his victim, with little or no success.!
5) He throws as many words at them as he can so hopefully they’ll get too confused and tired to argue. Last word wins!
6) Whenever he is challenged, he tries to turn the focus on someone else, another false identity he has created ASAP.
7) He acts like he and his "cronies" are in control at all times by simply ignoring anything his victim says trying to defend himself.
8) He often attempts to shame his victims by claiming they are broke, engage in bestiality, are engaged in pornography or other sexual misconduct or are simply lying.
9) He uses spamming techniques to the max while hiding behind proxy servers and anonymous remailers to hide his identity.

I am not the first he has attacked unsuccessfully by any means. He is famous for his smear campaigns and for no apparent reason other than that he claims to be a consumer advocatist but chums with debt collectors and
